Basic Residential Service - starting at $65.00 includes all Standard Cleaning

Gold Residential Service -  starting at $85.00  includes Dusting windowsills & Baseboards, Removing Cobwebs, Cleaning & Shining Sinks & Faucets, Cleaning & Sanitizing Exterior Surfaces of all Countertops and ALL Standard Cleaning.

Platinum Residential Service - starting at $105.00  includes Dusting Windowsills & Baseboards, Removing Cobwebs, Cleaning & Shining Sinks & Faucets, Cleaning & Sanitizing Exterior Surfaces of all Countertops, Cleaning Interior Windows, Dusting Blinds, Cleaning Light Switch Plates & Outlet Covers, Cleaning Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures and ALL Standard Cleaning.

Just as no two homes are alike, no two clients are alike either.  We gladly customize our services to add or remove cleaning tasks so that you get the cleaning service that meets your needs.  Prices vary according to the size of your home.

Our Standard Cleaning Consists of, but is not limited to:

Kitchen:  Clean countertops and backsplashes, Clean Scrub and Sanitize Sinks, Polish Chrome, Clean Exterior of Appliances, Clean Range Top, Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Clean Stove Hood, Empty Trash.

Bedroom:  Dust all horizontal Surfaces, Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Clean Mirrors, Remove Trash.

Laundry Room:  Clean Outside of Appliances, Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Clean Utility Sinks and Faucets.

Dining Room:  Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Wipe off Table and Chairs, Clean and Dust outside of Hutch/Buffet.

Bath Room:  Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Clean Sanitize and Deodorize, Clean Scrub and Sanitize Showers and Tubs, Clean and Sanitize SInks and Vanities, Remove Trash, Clean Glass Shower Doors and Mirrors, Polish Chrome, Shower Heads and Faucets, Clean and sanitize Toilets inside and out, Shake Rugs and return when floors are dry.

Common & General Areas:  Vaccum/Mop/Sweep Floors, Sweep/Mop/Vaccum Stairs, Empty Trash, Clean One side of Sliding Glass Doors, Dust all Horizontal Surfaces.

Deep Cleaning Services:

We provide one time Deep Cleaning Services to our clients whom maintain the cleanliness of their home, but need just a good old Deep Cleaning.  This service can be provided one or more times a year or before or after an event.

Our Deep Cleaning Service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning, and the following:

All Blinds in the home/business will be dusted, Inside & Behind Refrigerator, Inside & Behind Stove, Inside Microwave, All Light Switches/Fixtures, All Baseboards, Very thorough dusting throughout the home/business, Interior Window Washing.

Exterior Window Washing must be added as an additional service if needed.

Prices for Deep Cleaning Services start at $150.00

Annual Cleaning Services:

Our Annual Cleanig Services are provided yearly and include all Standard Cleaning along with all Deep Cleaning Services and also include the following:

All Cabinets will be washed down inside and out, All bathroom walls will be spot washed, All Windowsills will be cleaned, Clean Inside and Behind Couches and Chairs, Wipe Down All Doors and Door Frames.

Exterior Window Washing must be added as an additional service if needed.

Prices for Annual Cleaning Services start at $225.00



Kitchen and Bathroom Combo:

We offer a complete kitchen and bathroom combo to assist clients with maintaining the toughest areas of their home.  While many households can easily maintain the homes dusting and vacuuming responsibilities; however, the build up of soap scum and water spots in the bathrooms as well as the grease and grit from a busy kitchen can be daunting chores to keep  with.  That is why we have designed a service that caters to this problem.
